The headache build..

As for the sending unit, I hooked up a gauge to it and it read empty after going to full for a second. But I may have fried one of my gauges by hooking it wrong.

You must have an arming switch through a WOT switch for the bottle? Thats what I do to, also hooks up to the timing retard input in the ignition box.

Also, some of the full sweep electrical gauges do a full sweep before moving the needle to the actaul reading. Might be normal?

Yup, arming switch and a retard box. The gauge was one I ran before and I don't recall it doing the funky move. My 09 Toyota does it though.

Fuel pump harness. This is the last fancy harness I'm going to make for the day. I don't have time to make the rest of wiring this fancy.

I hate to say it but it doesn't sound like you have time to post pics until the fun is over! Then show us some videos!

I'm calling it's quits. I got an hour and half left and there is so much to do.

To be honest, thrashing to make a trip deadline usually takes the fun out of the build.

The last two days took it out of me. It 3:30 and I'm just barely getting out of the house.

The stress was getting to me but there was some fun in actually building the blazer. Plus it made me tackle some of the suck that I was putting off.

Because it was heavy. Not really, it weighed next to nothing, but now it weigh less than next to nothing.

I dig weight removal, even in multiple small amounts. :waytogo:

BTW, do you hook up your transbrake to a double throw relay in conjunction with the bottle? That is what I like to do. Then when you push the tranbrake button you can floor it and the nitrous isn't on, but the instant you let go of the button the brake is off and the bottle is on and all hell breaks loose! :woot:

Yes, I wire a relay to interrupt the nitrous when the transbrake is on.

Currently I am wiring the core support. It took me awhile to figure out how to run the harness, but now I have a game plan. I was working on it till I noticed the front marker lights sockets aren't fully sealed. Damn import ****. I wish I knew where to get quality sockets. Anyway, I made up the difference with metri-pack 150 seals for the park and signal wires and weather pack seal for the ground. And some silicone for good measure.

Fancy relays, can you change those without taking the fender off?
