Well, I've been working on this project off and on, but today I made some progress.

It really is an art... No matter how I plan mine out I always end up with a big rats nest.

I was going reply but I can't find my on-line example. Plus it getting late. Anyway, the panel frame had the final welding done and final assembly is done.

I started making the alternator brackets. I did all the brackets on a rotary table. No CNC .

I didn't take pictures of the last bracket bring made, take my word on it being difficult to make. I even impressed that I made it myself.

I had to stop a little short by eye then blend it with a sanding roll on a die grinder. I wish I could have done a little better on rotary table, but the end- mill starts to chatter at the transition between the curve and straight line.
