Was exhausted tonight. Made it to the porch. Eileen brought me a beer in an frozen glass. Saw some weird bug on the concrete. Wings, 1 inch long, red and black, kind of furry. Stomped it to death then killed it again.
Evidently it is called a cow killer. They say the sting is extremely painful and can kill a cow.
Time to move.

Did not say I disliked them. They were hilarious. Evidently there was a batchelor down the street.
Funny nice neighbors are better than annoying asshole neighbors. Sounds like you picked the right place so far. You need to find out who or if you have a local serviceman/lineman and become his buddy so you can get favors like disconnect/reconnect faster when needed.

Called for the reconnect this morning, got through at 8:30. Already in the system. Inspector set it up.
Crew showed up 20 minutes later. Inspector set it up as a priority. Crew asked who I knew.

Just organizing. But I need to paint, so everything will have to move again. Can't paint until I get the Corvette and boat moved into their garages. The foundations and slabs for those are being poured Monday.
