Second coat of Kilz. Ran out on the upper part of the left wall. The paint will cover it.
Temps and humidity calming down out there? Good progress on the paint.
Yep. Had to drive to fix a food truck this morning with the window up. It was chilly out.
Good to hear. This time of year was the most bearable when we lived in metro Detroit compared to the heat and humidity in the summer. Good time to get work done for sure.

What do I do when I never fall asleep one night? Roll out of bed, eat breakfast and start painting at 3:45am. It's a little foggy because the doors were closed.

Paint looks good and cool old levels!
Now for a new dilemma. Got the quotes for grinding the floor, sealing the cracks and doing an epoxy coating. At $9k plus, that is not in the budget.

The race deck stuff isn't cheap either.
Is the concrete in bad shape?
And their web site is a pain to get a price from.
Yes. Was not saw cut when poured. So cracked all over. Not even sure it is stable enough to support a 2 post lift.
I wonder if it would be better to have someone come in and grind down a little bit and then re-pour 2" or so on top.
