I am making good progress on the 14 bolt build. Hopefully I will be welding the truss on the last week of December. So I am starting to think about the next part of my powertrain, the transfer case, and what I am going to do. That made me think about making a doubler, since I'm building it right the first time, why not. I'm not positive on the transmission, but for now I am fairly sure I'll go with a 700R4, so what is the shaft size and spline count of it? The truck is an 89 V1500 suburban, but everything in the powertrain will be updated and upgraded. Thanks for the info

It is a 27 spline not sure of size overall but its the same size as a turbo 350

Advance Adapters(I think) makes an adapter shaft for a 700R4 that will allow you to bolt it to a 203/205. The stock 700R4 shaft that mates with the 241 is too long IIRC.
