Let's say you got a good deal on a smaller lift kit...Maybe 4".

You wanna go a bit bigger without completely replacing everything and spending a bunch of cash [that goes in your gas tank].

APART from the popular zero rate, what else could you add to that to gain a LEGIT 1-1.5" of lift up front without screwing everything up?

longer shackle and shim it to offset the added castor?

:haha: I think they have pills and herbal suplements for that now... :haha: :pimp1:

I really like the ORD 1" body lift and new poly bushings on my sub. Makes it easier to work underneath on everything. Not as cheap as zero rates I guess, but it gives you 1"+ lift and it's not too much body lift IMO.

I have the same lift/bushings and I had zero rates. Both are good options, but the body lift really does make it easier to work under the truck.

lift

one inch body lift is easiest way.a 2 inch longer shackle will give you a inch of lift up front also.you may need to shim axle to get a good driveshaft angle, but you would have to try it and see.might not need it.

Well I'm at 4" + zero rate + 1" maybe 2" BL, how'd that look/clear with 38's?

I ran 13/38 TSL's on a straight 4" lift for years, and now run 39.5x15 TSL's and IMO it looks good...and more importantly it works good off-road. I would think with a 1" zero-rate in the front with the axle moved forward an 1" or 1.5" that 38's would fit really easy.
