Nice job! I hate it when people just slap them on hanging below the bed on a pickup. I think a lot of the diesel bros want people to see they have one though.

Thank you sir! Yeah I was not a fan of the universal bracket that came with it. Turns out, the install kit wasn’t much better either. Ordered some more fittings and another 25 feet of hose today.

Supply and return lines are in and run up to the engine. Still need to setup the under hood fuel pressure gauge and the switch out to the IP, then secure the hoses down the frame, but this is progress.

It’s been a minute. Achieved first fire in 3.5 years yesterday. I’d call that a victory.

Couldn’t help myself. Had to move it under its own power for the first time ever. Can only run it for a few minutes at a time without coolant but it’s something. It’s a big moment that not even I am sure I know how to appreciate.

Cooling system is next. Then I’ll probably get the power steering system done. Then pull it back in front of the house to get the brakes done. Then

And with my schedule, that’s probably 6 months worth of time.
