The Shop Truck

1971 Chevy C20 with a custom flat bed.
Just a baby .024 jet. It's easy cooler and I'm leaving everything else alone. My run group is up first.
Holy small jet, I figured it would at least be a 40 or 50. That's off the bottom of my flow chart for comparison, I would guess only 20 HP or so.

I also took off the air filter.

Have you tested that before back to back?

Lol, no bandwidth at the track. I can barely post, no way to upload the pictures or video. But both of us left at the same time and did similar wheelies, I'm guessing that shot will make the magazine.
Amber got slow Mo of it so we'll try to get it posted tonight.

I haven't gotten much testing with the blower on kill yet, that's what we're doing today.
We were actually in the first pair and the first car to finish today. Let's just say everything worked.
60 - 1.436
330 - 4.227
1/8 - [email protected]
Also, it did it's first wheelie!
From 1.563 to 1.436 on the 60’ is a pretty good change. Not surprised you unloaded the front wheels
:saweet:

We just got to the hotel for the night, heading out to grab some food then I'll get some pictures and video posted.
There may have been a burnout in front of Steve's shop that a sweet old lady told me was the best one yet. Then she wanted to know why her son kept asking for a 2 step and what was that, so I obliged.
Minor issues on the road, abysmal fuel mileage, but beautiful scenery and cool cars.

Cool

Abysmal fuel mileage just means you were doing it right
