We're packing up and heading to the track. We spent a few hours hanging out with the guy that's in second place, he's running the induction solutions plate I was running.
We're all set up and ready to race! The torque converter took the 3200 rpm, boost at the launch will be 12.5 now, it was 11.5 at 3000 rpm. We've also got the 50hp jet in the nitrous line.
Well, the track didn't take that, it blew the tires off right on the line. I turned the leave down to 3000 and I'm ramping the nitrous in over 1 second. Hopefully it goes down. I was lined up with second place S-10 and he spun too.
Had the A class ran already? Or were you first class?
C group ran first. It took the second hit. We're currently sitting at the bar at Sick Town Hall.
When I left the track, I was in 1st place for the nitrous class. The other two trucks hadn't managed to get down the track on their first two tries.

We realized this morning that we forgot to edit and post the video. We're staying in our rv tonight so hopefully I can edit yesterday's and today's videos and get them posted.
The rain is stopping, but someone mentioned last night that they don't have a track drier here.
Racing has been cancelled for today
We made it to the first checkpoint. We're eating second breakfast, then we need to figure out what's falling apart in my door, it picked up a nasty rattle in the last 50 miles of bumpy ass roads.
The door issue was no big deal, but we made it back to mid Michigan.
As long as we cross the line tomorrow, we've officially finished our first drag and drive.
Tomorrow I'll try to leave at 3200rpm again and I haven't decided if I'm going with a 75 shot or 100. I'll likely make multiple passes just because I can.
With lapeere being cancelled, I'll likely end up in 3rd. 1st and current 3rd can both run 6.3, but can't turn anything in quicker than a 6.4.
