The "under destruction builds" supersize75k5 's driveway of despair and repair

The gas to diesel swap should b fine since a diesel was offered in the year make model of the vehicle you are putting it in.

You should be able o register the bitty thing golf carts do.

You can register the Dmax just do a constructed title, heck your buggy in AZ is street legal. John at Hunter offroad had his buggy registered.

In Utah anything can be converted prior to 90(?) to a diesel. after that you had to be able to get it in a diesel in order to do it.

Little bit of progress on the projects:D

Moved my new frame for the 06 to the front and mocked up a 14 bolt I had around here for another project to make it a roller, put in the new 4" lift 63's and set it in place.

Dragged the frame out to the front then used my creeper and floor jack.. went much smoother than I thought:popcorn:

No pics yet but also painted all but the front of the frame with a few coats of Rustoleum black. I decided I might as well make it look nice and most of the coating gm uses had been wore off already..looks much cleaner.

Also ripped the front suspension out of the Korean mini truck and picked up a sami that will donate its axles, steering box and drivelines.

Today woke up and decided to mount the fuel tank, abs manifold, do some more paint and take a look at my front axle..

I then got out my cut off wheels and was about to go to town on this dana 44 and get it ready for some new leaf perches when I sat back and thought hmmmmm

Went to the back yard and grabbed a couple link sitting around and started playing, :doah: Might just link it now:pimp:

Also thinking about 37's and some hutchinson or h1 beadlocks now too:pimp:

That looks like a d44, Are you sure that will hold up?

Better go find a HP 60 before you get too far.

Yes its a 44, plan was to stay with just 35's and run a 44 till I came across a good deal on a 60.

I am going to the dark side again and I know it:doah:, im close to the edge and slipping:1zhelp::grind::weld::hack:

As for the jeep it is the neighbors , replacing the spiders gears in it, new radiator and getting the driveline fixed. I have no issues helping the neighbors as it keeps them happy and they don't bat an eye when I work on things:thumb:

Also doing a motor swap and new top end on a 350 for the guy across the street and chasing down a short in the tail lights for the lady diagonal to me.. most peoples neighbors get annoyed when someone is working on a project late.. mine bring me food:pimp:

Good idea keeping the neighbor's happy. I don't have any problems with my neighbors (and I live in a snug neighborhood, heck I can practically hear my neighbor flush his toilet if the windows are open) and I attribute that to lending a hand whenever I can.

Keep the updates coming!

Jealous! That mini truck idea sounds legit. Will be watching, wonder if it would be feasible to rig on with Toyota running gear?

Is there any good type of ass mount? i would think that all ass mounts would be bad... :doah:
