Hmm, that might be doable. I'll check with my buddy.
No bodywork needed at all. Years ago I cleaned it, fixed all the rock chips, primed it, and then painted the underside with a couple wet coats of black basecoat. Then a few years later I decided to put it on my '84 Z28 roller and the top side of the hood got a coat of Kia silver (we were painting a Kia van at the time and that color was close enough for what I was doing) and a couple coats of clear. I mounted it to the car and it's been sitting since.
I don't know how to post a pic right now. All my pictures are on Flickr and they just changed the whole focking thing around and it's not compatible with my horrible internet service so now I can't view any of my pictures.
