Those with co2 tanks

I odnt think none of the regulators will work becasue they all have a blow off valve set at 65PSI but the tank will work fine.
 
Molst will but some will have a male hook up just like the tank so you have to get this special $10 cuopler from the welding shop.
 
I got a 20 lb tank from that same guy. Fast service, shiny new tank with no prints on it. Call williams baloon for the 150# C02 regulator. They give a discount to offroad club members (CK5 counts). Their website is being reworked so a phone call is required.
 
Kind of a hijack here but it's related. If you have a C02 tank on board can you run an ARB with it. Of course you would have to plumb it in more permenantly. Maybe You could plum it in after the regulator? I'm not familiar with how much pressure an ARB requires but I guess you might need a double regulator. One for airing up and then a seperate line regulated for the ARB. As far as that goes why not plumb the line into a block where you can quickly hook up air hoses and have one fitting strictly for the ARB? Anybody gone this far?

just talked to the guy at linweld and he suggested nitrogen as well but a full tank doesn't go as far and costs more to fill. 185 frogskins for an empty aluminum 20lb. c02 tank.
 
We do it. You have to have a seperate regulator for the ARB set to 85lbs if my memory serves me correctly.
 
Thanks for the info guys. That's what I wanted to know. I think I will end up running a Co2 tank in mine and was just curious. Trying to keep things light and I imagine a CO2 tank full probably isn't much lighter than an onboard air compressor but it sure can be removed alot easier!
