Kind of makes me wonder why GM didn't build one of these, at least in 2WD? Back when these trucks were being made I would think that would have sold well as a tow vehicle.

I call it BS, it went up in the twister!

If it's a recreation, it's really good, even down to the right bumpers, overhead lights, and white pin striping around the whole truck.

Not really hard to duplicate that truck. There are still a couple company's that still sell the dually conversion for burbs newer and older.

There is a guy near me who has done 3-4 of those he buys a brand new 3/4 T suburban and at the same time orders all the parts including a complete dually rear from GM and takes it to a shop that installs it all. He uses them to tow his cigarette boat. I think he told me he had an '80s ',90s and now an early '00 with 8.1L . Before the subs he did a k5 I saw one of his employees has it now. Looked good except they left the front 6 lug on the k5. I didn't ask how much but I am sure it was not cheap with the parts all brand new from GM.
