Going to be removing the interior sides on The Blazer and replacing them with something. Not sure of what yet but eventually it will get replacement interior sides. When I do this I'd like to move the rear speakers...well, their replacements at least...up to the area around where the rear seat is. Anyone done this? Any "sonic" reasons why not to?
Seems to me like right now all I hear are the dash speakers and vaguely the two in the back. Not to mention the p-side is pretty much firing into the spare and all the crap kept between the wall and the spare.
Speaker wise we aren't talking anything fancy. Right now I have some Ford factory 6x8's from my '96 Ranger that HAVE to be better than the GM 4x10's in there. Eventually it'd be either a 6.5" or maybe a 6x9".
