From the outside, it looks like there was never a door there, even from the inside it was kind of hard to tell.

When I was a freshman in high school, I was dating a girl that was a junior. Her dad gave her a 68 Suburban on I think a 4" lift and 35's. It was a 3 door with a 4 speed. The best part was she had a cow horn that when you honked the horn, it let out a great big, MOOOOO!
