Throttle and kickdown cable

Hey all, After years of owning my 76 K5 I’m finally fixing all the problems created by POs - can anyone tell what is going on with this throttle and kickdown cable setup? It’s a Holley 670CFM street avenger on a 350 with a newly rebuilt TH350 so I really want to make sure this kickdown cable is set up correctly.

Looks to my like po didn't want to buy extra parts.
Holley has parts to make that carb work with different makes and models.
You'll want to move the throttle cable up and closer to carb, so new bracket.
You will probably need a throttle cable and tv cable studs.
The tv cable bracket will probably need relocation similar to throttle.
