Tire advice? 12/10/25 Still looking- time to get serious

I think for light duty tires Falken Wildpeak has been dethroning BFG for a while now. I think Goodyear Duratrac was dethroning BFG for heavy duty tires.

Now that Falken AT4W, BFG KO3, and Duratrac RT are all new in the last couple years or so... who knows.

I just recently put two Milestar Patagonia MT 02 on my buggy, Did 200 miles of trails in the Mohave last weekend, did great I up sized from 265 75 r15 to a 33 12.50r15

I wanted a tough side wall, my last 2 outings 1 in buggy and 1 in burb I lost a tire to side wall splits, no rim damage for either. It was either these or Mickey Thompson Baja Boss M/T which were $60 more ea.
I have 2 sets of these, 35s and 37s, I have no complaints

My last two sets of tires on my K5 have been Mickey Thompsons, EXP's and MTZ's, both awesome. And I run Toyo MT's on my K10, which have been incredible. BFG AT's don't seem to be a good as they one were, or tire technology has eclipsed them.

I am running Cooper Discover AT3 XLT tires and have had good luck with them for the last 4 years or so. I used to run Mickey Thompsons, but I had 2 sets of them in a row where at least one of the tires would break a belt with at least half of the tire life left. I switched to Coopers and they ride and handle so much better in all types of weather including snow and ice.

What is the rim size and tire size in this pic? Love how the combo looks!

So i shouldnt get 31” BFG’s? Need new shoes for the k5 in the next couple weeks. They would still be the KO2’s. Street driven, only on dry roads.

Get the Cooper At3, very good street manners, and perform well in most off road conditions. They weren't the best in sand, only got stuck once though my fuslt not air'd down enough

Is Pitbull still in business? I remember some people bitching about orders not being filled
