tire vulcanizing- sf bay area

does anyone in the san jose-ish area know of a shop that does vulcanizing?
i think i found a shop in stockton just looking for something closer.
potentially getting some tires with some sidewall rash on 2. just looking for options to clean it up. they dont leak and havent shown problems, just dont want a surprise blowout as much as possible.

if you dont see cords its only traction or cosmetic rubber in outer side wall rubber.
