I was just picturing these welded together slightly different. Would moving the plate to the bottom of the mount, even with the bottom bolt plate, give you about a 2.5" lift shackle flip? Looking to do a 3" overall lift on my Suburban, with a 2.5 flip I can use shackles and zero rates to dial in the back side height.

TnA have you dropped off the face of the earth? Looking to purchase one of zero lift shackle flips, just looking for some more info. What size are the mounting bolts, 7/16? What is shipping to 04074 business address? Are they in stock? How long to receive after placing order?

I ordered a front bumper setup from him. It arrived at the shipping dock but I haven't had a chance to pick it up yet. I'd give him some slack as his other job is his main bread and butter, so to speak.
My shackles run $100 for a pair, I can make you some ever so slightly longer than factory so they end up about the same ride height as what you had before but with a much better shackle angle. I'll try to PM you with a shipping quote in a day or two. Please bear with me.
I can look into the height difference by doing that very soon. I'm not sure if it works out to exactly 2.5" or not, but just thinking off the top of my head I assume it will be close to that. I can certainly make you a set like that, I'll just need some time.

I really appreciate you guys letting scotsdale83 know that I've been otherwise engaged, but go easy on him too - he has evey right to be a little upset with me. I pretty much did fall off the face of the earth and that's truly not fair to you guys! I sincerely apologize for my absence to all of you! The job I took on was supposed to be a week-long rush type thing that ended up going over two weeks. And that pushed out other jobs to the point of being super late and in desperate need of getting done too. I'll get back on the TnA stuff as soon as physically possible, but it might be another week or two...

I definitely want a rear weld myself bumper/hitch kit, just not a priority right now. First step is lifting it and tires. Then on to the fun stuff.
