not sure which setup looks better, but listen to the wife  when we can get our chicks to start to get some sort of opinions about trucks, its a great challenge. I was talking to my gf tonight about being proud of getting my steering arm off, and she just smiled and nodded. I don't think she even heard me. But at least she's started enjoying wheeling with me. I let her drive one day and she really liked that. I MIGHT let her pick the color to paint it, dunno.

Personally, It might look better with no bumper, and would look even better with a tube bumper.

read my mind if nothing more than a tube style to hold your lights, kinda looks nekkid without anything there

I think it would look better with the stock bumper, but put drop brackets in so it's one smooth sweep from the bumper to the metal piece under the grille rather than sitting on top.

I like it better without it.
Me and my girlfriend dated for 2 years and she never even once acted like she had any concern for what I did with my truck except when it got taller and harder to get into. Then we broke up and I didnt care anymore. Now she wants me back and has offered opinions on color scheme as well as offering to help paint it and lift it a little higher.:eek1: This girl went through a big change in the past few months. I kinda like it.:D

bolt a railroad cross-tie to the front for a bumper.

seriously, a matching frt bumper would look best imo.
