Has it been mentioned that the detroit is probably gonna be a much easier install as well since it is an in-carrier install, and not a full carrier swap?

yeah i am on the fence, but kinda leaning detroit, there is a thread in the garage about lockers and alot of people with detroits love em' and I bought an open 14bolt on purpose to go detroit sooo

That's what the site is for man. I think you will be happy if you go Detroit, and you already have the open carrier so you're set!

X2. You will definately be happy with the Detroit. Well worth the money. I can do more in 2wd with my Detroit than I could in 4wd with open diffs. Plus, It gets really fun on wet pavement!!Enjoy
