so what part# do we need to run to get plug and play or least amount of mods to install it on a tbi sender ?We’ve determined the ep381 isn’t to spec for these, actually need a 255LPH pump

Ehh, the Ferd bros need a video. Chevy guys just get it done, and take a few pictures.
get a efi tank for 1987 truck or 1987-1991 blazer suburban crew cab and swap the sender to the same and use a acdelco ep381 pump on the tbi sender and its plug and play .
thats how my pro flo 4 is fed . i did custom late model plastic efi lines for the higher psi rated system but it all works just fine .
pic all you want on the name until you install and run it .
Actually any of the 43psi or higher units. I think that’s because the manufacturers are over stating the need so as to CYA
I ran mine on a 241 for 6 months

The Forktech probably needs more fuel pump, if it had more injection capability!

As long as you drop down to 37s..let’s race through the rocks next time we’re together![]()

your going from a suction system with rubber fuel hose sections rated for 5-7psi to a efi system for pushing fuel and holding high pressure rated at 43 to 58 psi or more . then you now need a return line rated for flow back to the tank un restricted .So you’re saying if I go this route to swap in a new gas tank and sending unit and everything else upto the engine?
Tank, sending unit, pump, regulator and fuel lines?
Me too. Apparently the 381 is just under the LPH rating. Of course that is a full throttle requirement....I’m over 50psi on a 381. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it right? I carry a spare pump anyway.....
Pretty sure an L31 won’t vacate a 381 pumpso what part# do we need to run to get plug and play or least amount of mods to install it on a tbi sender ?

Lol! I still will probably lose, but you keep going with your slang, so I had to say something!

That was how I looked at itI’m probably not using enough fuel for it to be a concern then.
