To taper or not?

so i got the cab and fenders back on my project, and i picked up a grille from an 03 to go tapered... now for shats and grins, i hung it on the fullwidth front, and kinda like it...

whaddya think??

btw, the truck is now primer grey, but im not sure how id fill the empty space around the grille? if i tapered it, id cut the chrome bar off past the center section and taper to that...

cant just yet, we may be moving, and i just got it back together, if we move, ill have a garage, then the fun starts... i have 4" lift springs just waiting to go in too...

I kinda like it too, but it'd take a lot just to have it flow and look right. Might as well taper it.

Do it! I always regretted never doing the front end of my rig, the tapered rear was a godsend at times.
