Ryoken, I'm in the Navy, and have been carrying those style bags for over 17 years. I think they average about 2 years of bangs and drops on the ship before I have to replace one. I treat them like crapola for the most part. Bags usually get saturated with oil, grease and dropped all over the place. Good bags for cheap. Mine are OD Green, but look identical. I like how they are real shallow depth wise, so you can find what you're looking for quick, but wide enough zipper opening to get most items inside.
 
Ryoken, I picked one of these up from an Army surplus store in Idaho. I think its just like the one above, maybe a bit longer. It has a heavy duty zipper and pockets inside to put extensions or what ever. Really like mine wish I would have picked up some more and they were only like $10.

cool.. i think those are the same as that bit bag i posted.... i've seen em on eghey, just haven't pulled the trigger..

i did buy about 6 new bags.. couple of em are a bit bigger than i like, but i got a couple nice small ones.. couple of those you just posted would round it off nicely...


i'll see about a pic of the new assortment this weekend..

my sh*t's everywhere, and there's a whole other layer underneath... :doah:

eh, I'll sort thru it this weekend.. the red craftsmen bag to the left is one of the nicer small bags i got... it's gone into service as my main rigging bag.... :bow:
 
If you look up CLC 1107 you'll get that two pack, but they make a ton of bags like that in leather, nylon, canvas, PVC, etc. They're all over the construction industry, usually sell them in the material supply warehouses, not so much lowes or homo depot, more like places where big contractors buy all their lumber and underlayment and stuff. They make tool bags, carpentry pouches, knee pads, all kinds of stuff.

holy sh!t Paul, that suspension has to be screamin':haha:

I like the CLC bags, do they have internal side pouches also????

I don't think those specific ones did but that company makes a ton of bags like that with and without the little pockets on the sides. They make a lot of the husky and dewalt bags too.
