Ok, I've never *heard* of any problems with a body lift and the torque rods not catching, but my rods don't seem to be catching the stops on the frame any longer. Since this is a fiberglass body, the mounts are all different, I reallly don't know how much body lift I ended up with, it's probably in the range of 1-2", has any body had problems with thier endgate torque rods not catching after putting on a body lift. I guess I'll just drill some holes a little higher for the stop, but I'm wondering if I screwed something up putting the gate on..
My other question is where are these things supposed to sit when the gate is up, mine seem to rattle a bit when the gate is up, are they supposed to be right up against the stop when even when the gate is up?

I've been working on a new bumper, so I've been messing with them a lot lately. When the gate is up they do not contact the stops. They don't seem to rattle though.

Can't help you on the body lift part.

I'm not much help besides that mine wouldn't reach any longer after my 3" BL either. I fixed it by raising the frame horns 3" and the bumper, lined right back up then. :o

Thanks. That helps! As least I'm not going crazy. I'll just raise the stops up a bit..
