I have a '78 K10, I have seen several class III and class IV trailer hitches for '88-'98 Pickups on Craigslist. Will these fit my truck? I can drill new holes, but are the frame widths the same?

nope the frames on 88-up taper front to rear.
the older trucks have same width frames .
