Tranny/adapter questions.

I have a few basic questions... I didn't search, but hadn't noticed seeing direct answers to any of these recently.

And, I know, some are so basic, they're stupid.

Is an SM465 to NP208 adapter the same as the newer style round pattern NP205 to SM465?

Whats the length difference in a '70s 465/205 combo verses a newer style round pattern NP205/465 combo?

Is a 454 flywheel off a '96 454 any different than an early '80s 454 flywheel?

the fly wheel will be different because the later motors are one peice rear main seal that started around 1991 i think
