i went with Advance Adapters # 23-1501-60 flex lines.
My trans is still being rebuilt. This is stupid----i should have had the original TH-350 rebuilt when i first took it out----just for situations like this. i could have one sitting on the shelf, ready to be plopped in at any time. i never traded it in for core. (Not sure what you 4WD guys have, but 2WD trucks have the 9" tailshaft and these aren't as common)
Instead, i have lived an intolerable life for past month----just like jr.high and most of highschool----NO CAR. SAME RELUCTANT SIGH from parents when i asked to bum their car so many years later.....

i should add that the reason why i went with steel-braided flex is easier installation. My original steel lines are likely clogged with debris. Trans fluid doesn't taste horrible, but it doesn't taste good either.....

Then my dad is up my ass about getting a new car with his neurosis:

those are steel brackets formed to fit the hoses, and bolted in place. The hoses are held onto the brackets w zipties.
