as 13 of you know from Mutt's build thread, I need to do a clutch on it....
i've always been a, "floorjack and a piece of ply, muscle it in" type... now I'm old....
am i best to just fab up some semi-quick, cradle pad for my 2 ton floorjack, or should i look into some sort of motorcycle jack that may have more throw? i don't mind muscleing it in the last bit, just looking to get that weight down/up from a 30" or so lifted rig.... bench pressing 465's is passe'....
i'm just concerned about, "putting a standard floorjack up on blocks, or maxing it's height out", yada, etc...
what's everyone doing? whatever may come in handy down the road on the 12v/nv4500 swap, etc too.. if it's worth spending , $350, 400 now for sumfin good on lifted rigs, i'm down..
