So I have a custom build that includes a suburban chassis and an international pickup body. In mounting the body to the frame I have to move the engine forward almost 10 inches. The problem with that is the drive line length and angle for the front will be way too steep, I forgot to tell you there is an 8 inch lift on the burb chassis. Anyone have any suggestions on moving the transfer case back so my angles and length will work? I haven't put the engine in yet, I know at is the biggest step to figuring out this problem but I'm putting feelers out there for any suggestions.

Ford divorced T-case and new crossmembers

10" forward? You going to have room for all the stuff in front of the motor? damn

the wheel wells didn't line up with the tires, the whole cab and fenders moved forward to make it sit in the right spot. ill have to move the motor mounts and scoot it forward, and am planning to use an electric fan so space isn't going to be a problem. whether i moved the cab or the axle to have the tires sit right the transfer case is still in the wrong spot. don't the ford t-cases com out on the wrong side? if there is one would i need to get a 2X4 t-case to make that work? and i dint know much about fords whats a good t-case to be on the look out for? thanks for the suggestions!!
