Donno about upper-vs-lower. You get that from a parts book, or actually looking at your truck?
On my 350/203, there's a cast iron adapter with a foot that sticks down, and then a pair of two-piece mounts between that and the crossmember. (I happen to have poly mounts rather than rubber, but they come in both.)
The picture is a bit misleading as I'm running a Doubler, so the mounts you see (red/gold) are actually the rear ones for the doubler. The crossmember and mounts for the tranny foot (blue) are removed in this pic.
Anyway, in your case, assuming you have the same foot and crossmember, it should be simple. Undo the bolt through each tranny mount, jack to the '203 up a bit with a bottle jack, then R&R the mounts, rebolt, remove jack.
I don't think you'll even need to remove the crossmember, as was done for the pic above (you can see the driver's side leg for it on the right all covered in grease.)
If you have a different style mount or crossmember, your mileage may vary, as they say.
