Transmission/transfer case seal

I've been searching the site looking for information on what seals or gaskets are between the transfer and transmission but have had no luck finding what I am looking for. I have a leak in the area and have replaced the output shaft seals on the transfer case but I am still leaking. I plan to drop the transfer and inspect it but while I am at it, I figured I would replace the transmission mount since mine is questionable. So, while I have it all apart I want to replace the seals. I am almost certain it is the input seal on the transfer since the transmission fluid is good when I check it and just the transfer is low but since the mount and bracket are out i will do the output on the transmission as well. Anyway, Does anyone know the part number for these seals? When I search the websites for stores in my area I am coming up with nothing. I have the 700r4 trans and 208 transfer.
