Trip Pics! Bald Mtn Snow wheeling 12/8/13

Loaded up and headed out with some friends for some snow wheeling today. It was a blast with tons of fresh snow that just fell the day before but blue skies and the sun shining. It was still cold but at least it wasn't snowing on us while we were up there.

They're great for off the shelf springs. They soak up the bumps a lot better.

Kind of but it really wasn't too bad. I was more worried about flinging junk on me off the front tires but that wasn't an issue. I have one of those "mojave" style heaters from summit and it really took the edge off the temps inside the cab.

This is why us Nebraska boys keep the heaters and set of doors. -4 here this morning. Snow wheeling is half the fun of owning a 4x4. Really the only why my under carriage gets clean.
