your gunna run 5.13s with your 6.2? im assuming you have the 700r4 tranny... what tire size are you going with? im about to do this same thing to my 83 6.2... d44 and 14b... but i was looking at 4.56 and 39s to keep my rpms down since i do alot of highway driving. oh and lookin good man. keep up the good work

well, i want to run 40's or atleast a 38" tire. I'm not too worried about high RPM with the low gearing because it's not going to be a DD anymore, and eventually it's prolly just going to be a trail only toy. Yes i do have a 700r4 in the truck now, but i also have my eye on an sm465. And another reason for the low gearing....... when i do drive it around, i'de like it to be able to spin the tires for once. . When i put that 14bolt under it last weekend (has 4.10's in it) i purposley didn't bleed the brakes on it, it's got some very very bald 33's under the rears. First thing i did was pull onto the street and burned em off.
