TRUCKS! and USA 6x6

I noticed today on TRUCKS! that the wheels for the Sergeant Rock truck came from Marsh Racing Wheels and also remember some episodes back that Stacy got the axles from Memphis Equipment.

The funny thing is, since Stacy started working on that Powerwagon, Daniel had a cartoon drawing of the Sgt. Rock posted up on his USA6X6.com site as if he was promoting or distributing axles or wheels to TRUCKS!

Today I went back to the USA site to find the whole site had been reworked. I could not find the Sgt. Rock drawing ANYWHERE on the site. :rolleyes: :blush: :surepal: :whistle:

Much like all the b.s. we've heard, seen and read from Daniel, does anybody know anything about this? Was he trying to gain notoriety and business by claiming he built parts for the show? Was it another one of those you knows? :dunno:

I think USA6x6 did the rebuild and added the high clearance pans to the axles.
 
they also made rims for it and sold him the tires. What I noticed about todays episode? The rims were out of the picture... new rims from somewhere else. Interesting if you ask me.

I'm wondering if the guys on Pirate had "threatened" or "warned" Stacy about Daniel and maybe directed all their links and thread to TRUCKS! for them to read and understand about USA6x6. Maybe the Pirate guys had threatened to boycott TRUCKS! and would have resulted in a loss of viewership? :dunno:
 
I'm not gonna suspect or get any ideas of drama in my head, just watch it :D :wink1: I just know where my business will and will not go.
 
Don't get me wrong, but I love watching that show. Just think its funny how Daniel had that drawing on his site for a loooooong time and then all of a sudden after todays show, I did not see it anymore. :thinking: :whistle:
 
I was at USA 6x6 a little bit ago and didn't see it. Mind you I'm talking less then a month. :dunno:

I really swore he had rims from USA 6x6, that are now magically gone. I remember Daniel had pictures on the site of his kid standing next to a 49" IROK with a rim that said "TRUCK" laser cut into the center. Am I crazy? Am I the only one who remembers that?

Nope, I remember it too.

The new rims are from Marsh Racing Wheels.

I REALLY wanted the 2 1/2 ton bolt on brakes on them But they are not ready yet..

I remember that pic of the kid, too. Just funny why its not used today. Did Daniel seriously, really, no kidding, rebuild the axles or not? Anyone? :whistle:
 
I thought Trucks had gotten the axles (rebuilt with pinion brakes) AND the wheels from USA6X6...but then I watched today's show and it's all different...WTF!

Did they rewrite/reword/re-record parts of the show?
 
same stuff happend to me. i modeled a rig for the "new james bond movie" and i was sapost to get payed for it from a guy that works in a shop not to far from USA6x6 and they posted the render pic i did and i got no cash or credit :mad:
 
The steering stuff was from Nowack, no longer selling stuff.

We DID rebuild the axles and provide free brakes, lockouts, lockers pans ect.

we sent them off last August I think?
I was told the wheels and brakes were on last Janruary so I didnt send the beadlock inserts he was waiting for..
Fact is they Did NOT air and Stacey got tired of waiting so he got new vendors.
I just got an email from him last week. letting me know all this. Afterall its not his job to let me know, it was mine to pay attention and in this instance, I didnt.

I had a guy in Mousouri draw the curent rendering up and NO ION productions arent using it either...

he was talking about a completely different thing.

Hmm, Daniel can't even take care of a big show giving him lots of advertising, great.
