Trying to locate specific rear bumper

I had a 85 swb Chevrolet and it had a bumper from a newer model truck on the back. It looked great, was a regular step bumper with black molding on the top and along the sides.

It also had a "GM" stamp on the top right of the bumper. I have yet to see a bumper that looks exactly like that. Maybe my memory is fuzzy or I'm not looking in the right spots. But i cant find one anyfreakinwhere

Of course I wouldn't have any pictures of the bumper on the truck, that would be too easy.

Can I buy just the molding from LMC or does it require a special bumper all ready pre-drilled for the molding to work. I cant imagine its just held on there by some sort of bonding substance.

As far as I know you will need the mounting slots in your bumper for the trim.

I'm not certain, although it looks lot like that. I remember clearly the "GM" stamp on the drivers side. It looked really good on that truck, maybe that bumper would look just as good.

Hell its possible that is the bumper, my memory isn't 100% all the time.

that's the same style bumper on my '94,,,,,, my '89 Burb has a very similar look, but not as much of the plastic on the top, kinda like a half wrap up and over. Oh, and it's not a step style though either

My 97 silverado has the bumper in the link, the bumper i'm looking for is similar to that bumper but its not it.

Goodness this is driving me crazy.... The type of crap you find when you search for rear bumpers is crazy.
