How much deformation is acceptable on 2" .120 wall mild steel tubing when bending a 90 degree? These are not roll cage or structural pieces. I picked up a rogue fab bender xhd 600 model. They are telling me that 11% is good to go, does anyone have thoughts on this? It seems excessive to me and @Fastereddie when I showed him the piece.
PS I have an email into them that's waiting for a response. This is not to bash the Rogue Fab guys, the bender and service has been excellent.
