No, the springs you have should work just fine.
The only thing to watch out for is whether you have 3/4 or 1 ton axles.
The front springs are the same regardless, there are different weight rating based on your truck (EZ ride or HD). The front GM D60 should be a bolt in regardless if it's a GM axle, other than needing new brakelines.
If the rear lift is coming from aftermarket leaf springs, the rear spring will likely be longer than stock (most 3/4 ton and all 1 ton Chevy's use 56" rear springs, while the 1/2 tons use 52" rear springs with rare versions using 56's), this means if you have a rear lift spring now it's likely to be different between 1/2 tong and (3/4-1 ton). The rear will be a direct swap if it's a 3/4 ton, if it's a 1 ton it will need the spring perches moved as well as relocation of the shock mounts.
For the record, GM never used a Dana 60 in a 3/4 ton so make sure what you have is what you're trying to adapt.
