Tuning Holley Comander TBI

I bought a 700cfm Commander TBI kit and the maps that came with the software are all for small block motors. I have never used a laptop to tune something like this before and i was wondering how hard it was to tune for my motor of the easiest was to do it.

Holley has other fuel maps available on it's web site, and detailed instructions available for fine tuning, all of which can be downloaded.
