The height of a tunnel r + carbs + air cleaners? I’d say there’s no way.
Have the tunnel ram performance and look under a stock hood.
Could you expand on your vision and expectations of performance ?
Also, what are the specs of the motor that the T/R is going on ?
What type of carbs and fuel system ?
What transmission, axle ratios and tire size ?

Just to make this clear the questions asked are to help - to gain the benefit of a T/R requires a lot of modifications that go beyond the need for the motor to handle that kind of port style.
If you just want the look with a mild motor then there will be major drivability issues.
We can help educate you but ya gotta tell us what you’re working with.
