Anyone know a generic price for getting a flywheel turned? Debating against used or new for my SM465 swap...

I never thought of my truck as a "build", but damn, with all the chit I'm doing, I might as well make a build thread!

Thanks guys,

Martin

$30 for the last one I had turned
and paid $100 for the new one for my 400 sbc

i just had one turned at fleet pride for $30... and i had it back in 20 mins

Paid $25 last time. Seemed to be a pretty good variance in price between shops.

Dude, thats one freaky avatar you got there. I just about jumped out of my seat, whoa.

But thanks all for the prices, who thinks it'd be worth it to save 70 bucks by buying a used gm flywheel and getting it turned as opposed to buying a new luk flywheel?

My avatar's all done with mirrors, & I have tiny eyes.
check it for minimum thickness & hot spots. Why buy new when used will do!
