just put my 60 under my 81 pickup and it will barely turn the wheels from side to side. maybe i'm retardid but why won't it turn? i checked the limiting studs or whatever they are called. have to check it out more tom, any ideas? thanks matt

Profile shows you have an 8" suspension lift. what kind of steering are you running?

IMO crossover is mandantory at that height.

i dont think anyone makes anything for that kind of lift... the block is supposed to be good to 8"... but i can tell you its not /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

when you turn, does it lift your body or turn your tires?
start looking into crossover

I have to agree. When I went from a 4" lift w/10B to a 6" D60, the steering plain sucked. When I went to crossover the difference was incredible, it actually felt like I was driving the Jimmy again instead of herding it.
