I have a two part question about twin sticking a 205 first just an opinion question about brands I was either going to get my kit from ORD or JKW. I have bought from ORD before no complaints at all, good stuff but never bought from JKW, any opinions???

Second should I try to do this myself?? (Am installing the new shift rails) I have never taken apart a tcase in any way. I have printed out everything I can find here and on pirate about it but I don't know how hard is it?? It is a freshly rebuilt 205 (rebuilt by a shop), all I did was fill it with Lucas and it is out of my rig if any of this matters thanks for any help

I think you can prolly handle it. I did ground my rails myself and converted to fixed yoke. The only trick I remember is you gotta push, or pop out, the rubber deals on the top of the case to allow access to the roll pin that holds the shift form in place. Just beat that pin out and retrieve from the bottom of case. There was a trick for reinstalling that pin but now I can't remember it.

Good luck and pay attention as you take it apart- pretty simple. Note where the needle bearings come from and use grease to hold them in place upon reassembly.

Not hard at all. When grinding the rails, do a little at a time. As for tearing into the case it is pretty simple.
