Twin stick install...

First, I have a divorced Ford NP205.
I got the twin stick kit today and am not sure what 2 of the parts are for. One is a long bar with 1 hole atd one end and 3 holes at the other with a bend in the middle. The second is a small part with 2 holes on a "u" shape and a tab sticking up on one end. How do these 2 parts connect to the t-case? I am blind so I need a description of what to do.
I would have thought a simple means of attaching the hiem to the shift rail would have been the way to go. These 2 parts just confused me.

We got it squared away on the phone, not sure why we sent a transfer bar for a divorced kit but it does work.
