Twizted Engineering Engine Crossmember/Track Bar (Panhard Bar) FULL Kit Release!

One thing I did not see covered. Will this prevent you from running bump-stops in the stock locations? Looks like the passenger one will contact the axle mount.

I have no bump stops but it would interfere i plan on doing something about it but un sure as of yet.

Hey Guys, my D60 Axle-Side mount is angled so you can mount it and fit it all in there with no interference :) Here is one on a K5 with the axle moved forward only about an inch, and it clears just fine! Of course, different vehicles and different axle locations may be hard to predict, but I haven't run across any yet that we haven't been able to fit together! :)

Got mine mounted fit was great nice work Darren.

I rotated my bracket back-wards a bit because i have my tie rod in the hole closest to the axle and plan on running the tie rod in the front holes for high steer. This way the tie rod and drag link will not cross over one another.

Ok then, It seems to work with a LS oil pan with room to spare.
Checkout my build thread for pics

Could someone give me dimensions of the box that the cross member and track bar came in?

Thank you,
Ed

I'd like to buy this setup, where can I get it?

Yeah, sorry guys! I am moving my shop to somewhere a little cheaper, rent was killing me at the old place. I was running two separate businesses to try and pay the bills, and now will be able to simplify things and run only one. I have a TON of stuff just sitting at the new shop, and nothing is put away or up and running yet... (the move was VERY unexpected but for the better) I still need to wire the building before I set everything up, so it will be a while yet. I'll def. post up on the forums here when I'm going again! (But I MIGHT just take a week or two vacation first - 8 years of workin' 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week, I think I need one!!)

Test results i went to t.D.S. this past week accidental hit some whoops at 60 launched the truck sheared the center bolt in the front driver spring and was able to ratchet strap the axle forward and drive it back to camp this kit it all business.

Help please

Anyone install this kit with the ORD High steer / Cross over set up?

Thanks,

Anyone?

I have the ORD high steer/ cross over system and Dan did say it should work just fine but the track bar is very close to the high steer bar and therfore close to the cross member,
any advice?

thank you,
Ed

It should be fine check my build i have crossover and it clears i have high steer arms just never moved the tie rod up. My drag link is in the rear ward hole so the tie rod would be in front of the drag link.

What arms are you using? I have the OffRoad Design arms, my drag link is in the forward hole with the high steer link in the rear hole.

that places the panhard bar very close to the passenger side corner of the cross member.

I have the OffRoad Design zero rates in the front and was thinking of moving the axle forward 1". what do you think?

Thanks,
Ed
