Well on the driver's side rear the middle 2 that run the whole lengh are broken (towards the rear they've split). Is this a big hazard or will it be ok?

Yeah, thats pretty bad. Mine broke right at the center pin and the ubolts were the only rusted things holding them together. While I was lucky and it got me home, I wouldn't suggest anyone drive with it like this.

I started with nothing and I still have most of that left! - <a target="_blank" href=http://www.echobit.com:81/k5/> Pictures</a>

Springs that are cracking like that are badly fatigued and I'll bet the rest have cracks you have not noticed (or soon will have). I would be finding some replacements. Now would be the time to ditch rear blocks for a spring lift, or get Ford Springs to run a Springer Suspension, go to a longer spring if you like (softer and flexier), etc.

Some day: massive cutting, shorter wb and rear overhang.

I'll probably replace them next week then.
