How much does a One ton (say a K30) stock weigh (with fluids)?

How much does a Stock K5 weigh?

How much does a stock Suburban weigh?

I am just curious about actual sizing for winches. I put a 12K on my Suburban without knowing exactly the true weight of the truck (I feel fine about that, btw), but I was wondering if any of you knew actual weights?

Thanks!

My '85 K30 with one fuel tank filled up and the other empty, along with:

454, 400, 205 setup;

4" front and rear springs;

35" tires and Weld wheels;

5600 lbs. according to the scales at COOP with me out of the truck.

'91 V3500 crew, 4x4, 350TBI/SM465/np205, shortbox (logger style) Warn winch bumper and Warn 12k = 7700#

'84 C20 Suburban with 14bFF and 1-ton brakes front/rear, 6.2L/SM465 = 6000#

I have an 89 blazer with 1 ton axles and with a full tank of fuel it weighed in at 5,880

The military says my CUCV K30 has a curb weight of around 5900lbs. I figure I'm over now with the larger tires. It is a diesel though.

79 k30 c&c flatbed truck. full steel flat bed and 350 tbi twin tanks 1 empty 1 1/2 full and 465/205 and hd 4"lift and 35" tires and full fisher 8ft hd plow frame setup on truck but no plow is 6200 on scale yesterday from local gravel pit.

she actualy sat good and drove nice with 4000lbs of #2 crusher run on the back.

This is an old thread but I figured I would add my information. Just had my truck weighed this morning and she is in at 5500lbs. This is the truck in my sig. I had no tools, spage tire, tool box, hi-lift, or anything else in the bed. I did have 7 gallons of fuel approximatley. I also have a couple off-road lights on front with a stock brush guard.

1985 GMC Jimmy. One tons, 44's, FULL cage and boxed frame, 500 cadillac, 465, 203/205 doubler, front end skinned and narrowed, Rear skinned and narrowed, shortened top, no tailgate, full tanks of fuel and two passengers. No spare.

6 flat.

Might as well add mine too. The 73 from my sig weighs in around 5300# with no top, no tools (except a high lift) no spare and about 20 gallons of gas
