U-Bolt flip kit?

I have a '98 GM with the 14bolt ff with the plate on the bottom of the tubes.
I want to switch it to the plate on the top of the tube. Is there a kit available?

150 - 160 Lb/Ft....

Pretty sure that's factory spec.

Don't have the manual here with me, but I used to set mine at about 120-130. 150-160 doesn't sound far off, but is pretty tight. I'd start at 120 and see if they loosen up.
