This, although the last 3 years at the World of Wheels in Chicago, a group of guys lead by the legendary Gene Winfield chop the top on an old 40s or 50s car. But they spend 3 days doing it & they work all day long. Its a lot of fun to watch.I would leave the thrashing to bumpers sliders etc. no need to rush that swap. I hopefully will have new power run to my shop mid summer. And maybe Adam and his crew can come over for a weekend end of summer. But the chop top would be something I would not rush.
