There is no way 14k has that much wear on the seat.

Oh sh*t, I didn't even catch those...
That's some pretty deep pitting for 14K road miles.
14K plus almost 25 years for rust to make it worse, could be. 114K could be possible too, IMO mileage on these trucks doesn't mean much.
Very clean rig for sure, but I, myself, feel the low mileage old vehicles are horribly overrated. Honestly, in my opinion, if it had 100K and was used every one in a while it would be worth more to me. Every "low mileage" 20+ year old vehicle I've been around ended up needing way more work than anticipated.
The problem is that seals dry out when oil isn't splashed against them from use, engine parts etc pick up surface rust from sitting. Hell, in humid climates, the cylinder walls rust if you don't run the truck often.
That truck does not have 14k miles on it.
Run the CarFax and you'll see it has at least 100k miles, if not 200k.
My 1991 with 235k miles is just as "clean".
The engine has been taken apart, at least the valve covers have been taken off, I don't think GM ever put those little load spreader things on the covers at the factory.Pics that make me say, Nope,
